Session notes are private to the assigned coach and are shared only where the leader authorizes it, or where disclosure is legally required or necessary for an immediate safety concern. Sponsors do not read coaching conversations, and completed sessions alone are not a measure of leadership effectiveness or financial return.

Azurite is available to authorized participants in CMP coaching engagements. Access and available features depend on each person’s role.
How do I register or sign in?
Existing users can sign in through Azurite. New coaches join through an invitation from CMP, which sets your password once. Contact CMP if you need help accessing your account.
What information can an organizational sponsor see?
Sponsors can access the information authorized for their role and the applicable coaching agreement. CMP can explain the reporting arrangements for a specific engagement.
